Native Plants for Sale in Central Kentucky
As our social lives have become so severely restricted, we are all turning to our gardens for comfort. Meanwhile growers who have prepared plants for sale have lost their sales outlets at events and farmers markets. Below is the information of five members of our Lexington Wild Ones chapter who are growers and sellers of native plants.
1.) Connie May – Contact Connie at 502-682-8279 or at [email protected] to ask for her plant list and arrangements for pick up and delivery
2.) Richard Weber – We have been able to remain open and are following CDC Guidelines for social distancing, facial masks for employees, and frequent disinfection of common surfaces. Our open air sales area is currently open for Monday-Saturday 9-5 and Sundays 11-4.
We have recently received numerous shipments of native plants and can be reached via phone and email for questions and orders which can be pulled and paid for ahead of time if desired, but we are finding most customers still prefer to shop for themselves with minimal contact in our uncrowded environment, which actually creates a therapeutic experience. We can also arrange for delivery of plants if needed. Our grounds remain open for an additional opportunity for a quiet respite. We can be reached at:
859 224-1417 Garden Center
859 224-0033 Landscape Services
Email: [email protected]
We can also be contacted through Facebook and Instagram at Springhouse Gardens.
